Description
Our Process:
- Pure sugarcane juice is carefully extracted from produce grown in small batches.
- The extraction is simmered in a cast iron kadhai (wok) over firewood to unlock its unique flavour.
- It’s then treated with a plant-based coagulant (okra pulp) for pure jaggery goodness.
